Please read these terms and conditions (T&Cs) of sale carefully before placing your order. We advise that you print out a copy for future reference.

2. Pricing and payment
The total cost of your order reflects the price of the items ordered plus a shipping charge for handling, packing and postage.
All products are priced in pounds sterling (£), and include UK Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.
We prefer debit card and credit card payments through PayPal (http://www.paypal.co.uk/uk) - you do not need to set up a PayPal account to pay this way. PayPal is a secure online account that stores and safeguards your bank, credit or debit card details, which allows you to pay safely and easily without sharing any of your financial information with the seller. It uses the world's most advanced proprietary fraud prevention systems to create a safe, global, real-time payment service.
We will also accept cheque payments and direct bank payments, but please contact us about these methods - email shop@animateprojects.org.
Once you have made your payment you will be returned to the shop order confirmation page and be given an order number.
3. Shipping
UK: approx 4-5 days
Europe: approx 5-7 days
Outside of Europe: approx 7-9 days
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you supply. All delivery times quoted above are estimates only, based on availability, processing and postage time.
4. Order acknowledgment
When you have completed your order you will be redirected to an order confirmation page. This page will detail the product(s), the cost (including VAT and postage and packaging) and delivery specifications. Please inform us immediately if you notice any errors on the order.
You will also be sent an acknowledgment email confirming that the order is being processed. You will be contacted if your order has for any reason been unsuccessful for any reason.
5. Contract
A legally binding contract between you and us will be formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been accepted and that we have shipped the good(s) to you. This email represents our acceptance of the offer you made to purchase the good(s) when you completed your order. If we confirm to you that some but not other products that you have ordered have been shipped, those good(s) that have not been shipped will not form part of our contract with you.
In the event of any change between completion of your order and contract formation, we will inform you and you will at that point have the right either to accept the change (in which case your email reply will represent a new offer, which we will accept upon notification of shipment) or reject the change (in which case your email reply will represent a withdrawal of your order, or the relevant part of your order as the case may be).
6. Returns policy
In the case that the goods that are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us by email at shop@animateprojects.org within seven working days. We will ask you to return the goods to Animate Projects, c/o ais London, 47-48 Berners Street, London, W1T 3NF, UK. We recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery to return goods to us as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items. We will refund postage costs incurred in returning faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods.
We shall use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or incorrect goods, but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason, we will only be obliged to refund the full amount paid by you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Data protection
We will keep a record of your contact details for the purpose of shipping the order. We will never make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes.
