Jane and Louise Wilson were born in 1967 in Newcastle Upon Tyne. They have exhibited widely around the world, including solo exhibitions at De Appel in Amsterdam, BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art, Serpentine Gallery, London and Bergen Art Museum, Norway. They were nominated for the Turner Prize in 1999.
